BEACH Program Update
On August 1, 2014, the beach at Windjammer Park in Island County, WA was reopened for water recreation. Windjammer Park is located on Whidbey Island.
Contact with fecal contaminated waters can result in gastroenteritis, skin rashes, upper respiratory infections, and other illnesses. Children and the elderly may be more vulnerable to waterborne illnesses.
